Born on the 30th anniversary of our iconic Compacta, Coldelite VariO Icona Chef is the combined machine for Gelato and Pastry that allows Chefs to free their creativity.

Thanks to its intuitive LCD Touchscreen display and to its smart interface, thought by our Gelato Chefs, Vario Icona Chef simplifies and improves all the possible operations.

The Icona system allows with a few “Taps” on the screen to switch from one operation to the other, manage recipes, settings and alarms.

The third inverter, on the upper boiler, allows to vary the speed of the beater and guarantees substantial flexibility in the production.

The chef door, with an adjustable piston, makes it possible to extract the mix sideways intuitively.

The Vario system varies the speed and doses the refrigeration power according to the quantity of mix, optimising production times and reducing electricity and water consumption up to 30% compared to previous batch freezers.

VariO Icona Chef is only available with the top features, all-in-one beater, silver scrapers, insulated steel door (patented), inox shower, ergonomic shelf and flavour infuser (optional).

Hybrid – Save up to 80% of water* Thanks to the patented Hybrid system, Vario Icona can substantially save water by using at the same time both cooling methods.
